Refund Policy for Flare Coffee & Tea LLC

At Flare Coffee & Tea, we want every drink, every interaction, and every experience to feel great. If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to make it better. Here’s how we handle refunds and replacements.

In‑Person Drink & Food Purchases

Because our drinks and food are made fresh, we generally do not offer refunds once an order has been prepared. However, your happiness matters.

We will gladly:

  • Remake your drink if it’s not what you expected

  • Fix any mistakes we made

  • Offer an alternative item if something isn’t to your taste

Just let us know while you’re still at the kiosk so we can make it right on the spot.

Merchandise

For items like mugs, tumblers, apparel, or packaged goods:

We offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days if:

  • the item is unused

  • in original condition

  • and you have proof of purchase

If the item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Gift Cards

All gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law).

Online Orders

If you place an online order for pickup and need to cancel:

  • Cancellations made before the order is prepared may be eligible for a refund

  • Once the order is made, we cannot issue a refund, but we can remake the item if there was an error
